On October 13th 2021, the Exhibition “ORA.” was inaugurated at Palazzo Borromeo.
As a follow-up to the project “Contemporaries at Palazzo Borromeo. Art and design at the Embassy of Italy to the Holy See”, this exhibition of young Italian artists the creative excellence of our country and gives a voice to a new generations telling the present and imagining the future.
As a follow-up to the project “Contemporaries at Palazzo Borromeo. Art and design at the Embassy of Italy to the Holy See”, this exhibition of young Italian artists aims to promote the creative excellence of our country and intends to give voice (as the title “NOW” suggests) to the new generations so that they can tell the present and imagine the future.
The Project – curated by the White Noise Gallery founded by Eleonora Aloise and Carlo Maria Lolli Ghetti – involves some young artists already known on the national artistic scene for their ability to represent with multiple languages the most interesting contemporary demands: Clarissa Baldassarri, Cristiano Carotti, Polisonum, Alice Ronchi e Jonathan Vivacqua.
Polisonum, an artistic research collective founded by Filippo Lilli and Donato Loforese, presented a singing performance and a video installation, an extension of their latest project “Five voices”.
The exhibition “ORA.” will be open until the 10th of December 2021 and can be visited along with the entire collection at Palazzo Borromeo, a place where centuries of history and the masterpieces of the great masters of tradition meet the works of the greatest representatives of the 20th century art and design.
